摘  要:用A1替代Si的TRIP钢,采用临界区加热等温淬火热处理,获得铁素体、贝氏体及大量稳定残余奥氏体的三相组织。通过对其显微组织观察、力学性能分析,探讨了以A1代Si的TRIP钢的相变诱发塑性的行为。结果表明:以A1代Si的TRIP钢在拉伸变形过程中,应变诱导相变,相变诱发塑性,具有很好的力学性能,在400℃等温5min时,抗拉强度达到754MPa,伸长率达36%,综合性能强塑积达到最高值(27144MPa%)。Bainite, ferrite and a significant amount of stable residual austenite were obtained through austempering after intercritical annealing in TRIP steel replacing Si by A1. The behaviour of transformation-induced plasticity were discussed through observing the microstructure, and analyzing the mechanical properties of TRIP steel replacing Si by A1. The results show that TRIP steel replacing Si by A1 during tensile deformation has the excellent mechanical properties due to strain-induced martensite transformation and transformation-induced plasticity. Tensile strength, total elongation and strength ductility balance of TRIP steel replacing Si by A1 treated at 400℃ for 5 min reach the maximum values (754 MPa, 36% and 27144 MPa% respectively).
