摘  要:以攀枝花苏铁的羽叶作为外植体,在含有不同激素的培养基上诱导愈伤组织。结果表明:以MS+2,4-D 0.2 mg/L+BA1 mg/L为最适宜培养基;2,4-D有利于诱导率的提高;细胞分裂素/生长素的比值高有利于愈伤组织的诱导。BA+KT的双因子组合没有单因子的诱导效果显著;采用0.1%HgCl_2消毒的外植体灭菌效果最佳;0.1%的活性炭抑制褐变效果最好。The young leatherleaves of Cycas panzhihuaensis L. Zhou et S. Y. Yang were used as explants for callus induction on media which had diverse hormones. The experiments indicated that the best medium for callus induction was MS+ 2,4-D 0.2 mg/ L+BA1 mg/L. 2,4-D was propitious to increase inductivity. Callus induction had the benefit of high ratio of cytokinin/ auxin. The result showed that efficiencies of double cytokinin factors of BA and KT was not more effective than the single. The explants were marinate in 0. 1%HgCl2was used for sterilization. 0.1% active carbon could markedly inhibit callus browning.
