脑干梗死的脑干听觉诱发电位和病变部位病变侧及病灶大小的研究

摘　　要：经临床体征及核磁共振（ＭＲＩ）对照临床确诊的老年脑梗死４７例的脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ），探索病变部位（中脑、桥脑、延髓），左或右侧以及病灶大小和ＢＡＥＰ异常的关系。结果表明，４７例脑干听觉诱发电位异常者３８例（８０．９％），ＢＡＥＰ的异常率与病变部位有关，与病变大小呈正相关，可以为病变定侧提供较可靠的依据，我们认为脑干听觉诱发电位在诊断脑干梗死上是有价值的。おhe Brainstem auditory evoked responses (BAEP) compated with clincal condition and magnetic resonance Imaging(MRI) in 47 brainstem infarction pateients were studied,to investigate the correlation between focal localization and size of infarction.The results demonstrated that 38 cases out of 47 patients showed an abnormal BAEP(80.9%).The ratio of abnormal BAEP was related to the focal location,and also related to the size of infarction.It is suggested that the BAEP is useful in determinging and be a valuable index in diagnosis of the brainstem infarction.
