摘　　要：目的：探讨玻璃体视网膜手术（vitreoretinal surgery,VRS）治疗严重眼外伤的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2003年1月～2006年12月行VRS联合氟化碳液体、视网膜切开和硅油填充等技术治疗严重眼外伤24例（24眼）。结果：3例眼内异物,一次摘除成功率100%;14例复杂性视网膜脱离,一次复位10例,复位率71.42%,其余通过二次VRS手术视网膜全部复位;5例青光眼眼压控制在正常范围内;24例中有5例术后视力无变化,余19例视力均有提高。结论：通过VRS联合氟化碳液体、视网膜切开和硅油填充等技术能重建外伤眼,复位视网膜,并可恢复一定的视力。Objective：To explore the effectiveness of the vitreoretinal surgery（VRS） for severe ocular trauma . Method：To review and analyze 24 trauma cases （24 eyes） by VRS combined with perfluorocarbon liquid, retinectomy, and silicon oil filling during January 2003 - December 2006. Result：For 3 cases of intraocular foreign body, 100% got enucleation for once; For 14 cases of complicated retina detachment, 10 of them had one -off retina reattached with reattachment rate of 71.42%; All the cases were reattached by second time surgery; The IOP of 5 cases of glaucoma were controlled to normal. Among 24 cases, the vision of i9 of them were improved, and 5 of them remained unchanged. Conclusion： By combination of V RS with perfluorocarbon liquid , retinectomy, and silicon oil filling can reconstruct of damaged eye, reattach the retina and improve vision acuity to certain extent.
