摘　　要：脉管疾病在口腔颌面部的发病率较高,约占全身此类疾病的60%,其中又以静脉畸形最为常见。表浅的静脉畸形多可通过病史及临床体征做出诊断,位于深部者可借助穿刺及影像学检查以辅助诊断。静脉畸形的治疗应根据部位、大小和回流速度选用不同的治疗方法。为总结和提高口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效,现就其诊断和治疗做一综述。The morbidity of vascular disease in the oral and maxillofacial region is high. It account for about 60 % of same diseases in the body, of which venous malformation is the most common. The superficial venous malformations can be diagnosed by history and clinical signs. With the help of punctio and imaging examination, the diagnosis of deep lesions can be maked. The treatment of venous malformation should be based on the location, size and return rate. This review is about the diagnosis and treatment of venous malformation in the oral and maxillofacial region to sum up and improve its curative effect.
