去甲硫氨酸全肠外营养加5-Fu对胃癌患者毒副作用的研究

摘　　要：探索去甲硫氨酸（Met）全肠外营养（TPN）加5－Fu对胃癌患者生化指标和肝肾功能的毒副作用。方法：15例住院进展期胃癌（AGC）患者，随机分为MetTPN＋5－Fu（n＝7）和去MetTPN＋5－Fu（n＝8）两组，术前分别接受7天肠外营养支持和5天化疗。于治疗前后测肝肾功能、血清总蛋白质、白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白和甲硫氨酸、半胱氨酸水平。结果：除个别病例表现为ALT、AST和AKP轻度上升外，术前一周的去MetTPN＋5－Fu后治疗对胃癌患者各项生化指标及血清含硫氨基酸水平并无大的干扰，其改变与MetTPN＋5－Fu组接近。结论：术前短期去MetTPN＋5－Fu治疗对ACC患者的机体代谢并不产生明显的毒副作用。Objective: The purpose of this study is to elucidate the toxic and adverse effects of methionine-deprived total parenteral nutrition (MetTPN ) plus 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu ) on blood biochemistry, liver and kidney functions in gastric cancer patients. Methods: 15 advanced gastric cancer (AGC) inpatients were randomly allocated to Met TPN+5-Fu group (n=7) and MetTPN+5-Fu group (n=8). Seven-day TPN and five-day chemotherapy were agiven. Liver and kidney fumctions,serum total protein,albumin,transferrin, prealbumin,serum methionine and cysteine levels were examined before and after the treatment. Results:In Met TPN+5-Fu group,the therapy had little influence on the indexes except slight abnormality of ALT,AST and AKP in individual cases. The results were similar in MetTPN+5-Fu group. Conclusion:Preoperative short-term MetTPN+5-Fu had little toxic and adverse effects on host metabolism of AGC patients.
