摘  要:[目的]探讨大蒜素在蔬菜育苗上的应用效果,为无公害蔬菜生产培养壮苗寻找新的途径。[方法]用不同浓度的大蒜浸提液处理辣椒种子,研究大蒜浸提液对辣椒种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]对照种子的发芽高峰出现在第4天,发芽种子41粒。25和35ml/L大蒜浸提液处理的种子在第4天只有2粒发芽,其发芽高峰出现在第6天。5和15 ml/L大蒜浸提液处理的种子的发芽高峰出现在第5天。25和35 ml/L大蒜浸提液处理的种子的发芽势分别比对照降低24.1%和32.9%。152、5和35 ml/L大蒜浸提液处理的种子的发芽指数分别比对照降低22.1%、25.7%和28.3%。大蒜素处理对辣椒幼苗的延长生长有一定的抑制作用,对加粗生长有一定的促进作用。[结论]大蒜素对辣椒种子发芽有一定的抑制作用,对辣椒幼苗生长有一定的促进作用。[ Objective] The research aimed to discuss the application efiqcacy of gralicin on vegetable seedling so as to search for new approaches of cultivating sound seedlings for producing uncontaminated vegetable. [ Method] The pepper seeds were treated with different concn, of gralic extraneous liquid to research its effects on the seed germination and seedling growth of pepper. [ Result] The germination peak of seeds in CK appeared on the 4th day and there were 41 seeds germinated.Among the seeds treated with 25 and 35 ml/L gralic exwaneous liquid,there were only 2 seeds germinated on the 4th day and their germination peak appeared on the 6th day. The germination peak of seeds treated with 5 and 15 ml/L garlic extraneous liquid appeared on the 5th day. Compared with CK, the germination potentials of seeds treated with 25 and 35 ml/L garlic extraneous liquid were reduced by 24.1% and 32.9% resp.and the germination indices of seeds treated with 15,25 and 35 ml/L garlic extraneous liquid were reduced by 22.1%,25.7% and 28.3% resp.The treatment with gralicin had some inhibitroy action on the elongation growth of pepper seedlings and some promoting action on their thickening growth. [ Conclusion] Garlicin had some inhibitory action on the seed germination of pepper and some promoting action on its seedling growth.
