摘 要:[目的]提取并测定五味子藤茎中多糖的含量。[方法]采用超声技术提取、苯酚一硫酸法测定含量,以葡萄糖(105℃干燥至恒重)为对照品。[结果]在10.125~71.064μg/ml的范围内,样品的浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.0094C+0.0029(r=0.9998),加样回收率为99.93%(n=5,RSD=0.06%),五味子藤茎中多糖平均含量为5.27%。[结论]五味子藤茎中多糖含量较高,具有较高的药用价值和开发前景。[ Objective] The aim of the research was to extract and determine the content of polysaccharide in the rattan stem of Schisadlra chinensis. [ Method] Polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic technology and the content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method, with glucose as the control substance. [Result] The sanole concentration has a good linear relationship with the absorbance within the range of 10.125 - 71.064 w,/ml.And the linear regression equation was A =0.009 4C +0.002 9(r =0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.9"3% (n = 5,RSD = 0106% ) and the average content of polysaccharide was 5.27%. [ Conclusion] The content of polysaccharide in the rattan stem of Schisandra chinensis was high, and it had higher medical value and development foreground.
