摘  要:目的探讨尿激酶系统mRNA在肾细胞癌中的表达机理及临床意义。方法采用斑点杂交法,测定肾细胞癌和相应癌旁组织中uPA和uPAR mRNA的表达水平,并与临床生物学参数进行综台分析。结果肾癌组织uPA mRNA表达水平低于癌旁组织(142.67±58.91 vs 284.72±122.49 IOD,P<0.05),并与病理分级呈负相关(r=-0.83,P<0.01);而uPAR mRNA表达水平高于癌旁组织(183.79±79.11 vs 108.12±44.11 IOD,P<0.05)。结论尿激酶系统mRNA的表达对肾细胞癌的预后有一定意义。Objective To investigate the mechanism of uPR and uPAr gene expression in human renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and clinical implication. Methods The mRNA expression levels of uPA and uPAR in RCC and non-tumorous kidney tissue (NTKT) were determined by using the dot blots hybridization, and their relation to the clinical indexes and pathologic grade was comparatively analyzed. Results uPA mRNA expression level was significantly lower in RCC than that in NTKT (P<0.05), and showed neg-ative relation to pathologic grading of tumor tissue (P<0.01). uPAR mRNA expression level was in-creased in RCC as compared with that in NTKT (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of uPA and u-PAR genes might play a role in the prognosis of RCC.
