摘 要:目的探讨前列腺癌的增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、p16蛋白的表达与肿瘤病理分级及其前两者之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法对25例人前列腺癌石蜡切片行PCNA、p16蛋白染色分析。结果低分化腺癌PCNA指数(PCNA-LI)显著高于高分化腺癌(P<0.005);而p16蛋白表达阳性率则明显降低(P<0.05)。p16蛋白阴性的前列腺癌PCNA-LI显著低于p16蛋白阴性者(P<0.005)。结论随前列腺癌分化程度降低细胞增殖率升高,而p16蛋白表达率则降低。p16蛋白表达缺失的前列腺癌细胞增殖较旺盛。Objective To study the relationship between the expression of p16 protein and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and between both of them and the pathologic grade of prostatic carcinoma. Methods p16 protein and PCNA were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 25 cases of pro-static carcinoma. Results The PCNA expression index is higher (P<0.005), while the positive expres- sion rate of p16 protein is lower (P<0.05) in poor differentiation group than those in good differentia-tion group. The PCNA expression index in p16 protein positive group is lower than that in p16 negative group (P<0.005). Conclusion The poorer differentiation of the prostatic carcinoma,the higher the cell proliferation rate and the lower the expression rate of p16 protein. The deletion of p16 protein expres- sion might lead to an increase of cell proliferation rate in prostatic carcinoma.
