摘  要:选用84头20 kg左右的生长猪,随机分为两个组,每个组3个重复,每重复14头。对照组饲喂添加抗生素200 mg/kg的日粮,试验组饲喂添加0.1%微生态制剂的日粮,试验期为28 d。试验结果表明,与对照组相比较,试验组生长猪的平均日采食量和平均日增重有增加的趋势(P>0.05),平均料肉比降低了0.34(P>0.05),腹泻率降低了4.94%(P<0.01);在提高生长猪日粮养分消化率方面,微生态制剂具有与抗生素相同的作用(P>0.05);粪样中的大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05),同时粪样中乳酸菌和双歧杆菌数量都有升高的趋势(P>0.05)。84 growing pigs about 20kg/h were randomly assigned to 2 groups with each group 3 replicates, 14 piglets per replicate. Piglets in control group were fed with 200mg/kg probiotics, and piglets in experiment group were fed with 0.1% probiotics diet during 28 days. The results indicated that compared with control group,0. 1% probiotics could improve the ADFand ADG of piglets in experiment group( P〉 0. 05 ), F/G were reduced by 0.34 ( P 〉 0.05 )and 4.94% average diarrhea rate were reduced ( 〈 0.01 ), and the same effect for growing pigs' growth performance were observed. Meanwhile, the E. coli number also reduced as the increasing number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.
