摘　　要：文章通过对"阳光体育运动"和民族传统体育项目的内涵进行分析,找出将民族传统体育项目引入"阳光体育运动"中的切入点,并对民族传统体育项目在实施"阳光体育运动"中的优势进行了初步的探索和分析,旨在将民族传统体育项目引入"阳光体育运动"中,进一步丰富阳光体育运动课程教学内容、有效增强青少年体质,使校园体育文化更具特色。By analyzing the connotation of the Sunshine Sport and the national traditional sports, the paper tries to find out the point introducing national traditional sports into the Sunshine Sport, and studies the advantages of the national sports in the Sunshine Sport, aims at introducing the national traditional sports into the Sunshine Sport and enriching the content of the latter to improve the body quality of the young and to verify the features of school culture.
