摘　　要：本文在传统的新古典收敛理论的基础上,以增长回归方法为主要分析框架,采用2000-2006年"呼包鄂"三市的截面数据,探讨该区域经济增长的收敛性问题。若解决区域经济发展不平衡的问题,需要"呼包鄂"经济圈内部进一步提高市场化水平、大力发展教育事业,增加人力资本投入、发挥自己的比较优势,在发展中进行合作谋求多赢。Based on traditional neoclassical convergence theory and framed by growth regression method, this paper introduces panel data of Hohhot, Baotou, Ordos from 2000 to 2006 and discusses the problems of convergence of regional economic growth. To solve the problem of imbalance of regional economic development, weneed to improve market - oriented level further, devote our major efforts to develop education, add investment of human capital, bring into play the comparative advantages, and cooperate and try for mutual benefits and success in the development.
