摘  要:可扩展标记语言(XML)由于其平台无关性,数据文件小,便于网络传输等特性,在诸多领域得到了广泛应用。文中将XML作为夹具图形数据与UG平台的数据转换方法,根据XML的夹具图形信息描述规则,建立了图形信息与XML层次结构之间的映射,采用VS.NET开发平台及UG二次开发工具UG/OPEN API开发了图形交换接口子系统,实现了基于XML描述方式的夹具图形在UG平台下的自动重绘。最后用夹具实例进一步验证了该方法具有较强的跨平台性和复用性,提高了夹具元件库的重用率,为夹具元件库在不同CAD系统的应用和推广提供了技术支持。The XML has gained broad application in many fields on account of its characteristics of platform independence, small data file, convenient for network transmission etc.. This paper let the XML be regarded as the method for data transformation between the fixture graph data and the UG platform. According to the rule of fixture graph information description of XML, the mapping between the graph information and the hierarchical structure of XML was established. By adopting the VS. NET exploitation platform and the UG secondary exploitation tool UG/OPEN API to develop the graph exchanging interface subsystem, thus realized the auto-redraw of fixture graph under the UG platform based on the descriptive manner of XML. Finally, a further verification was made by the use of a fixture living example that this method was possessing rather strong cross-platform-ability and reusability and enhanced the reusability of fixture component library, thus provided technical support for the application and popularization of fixture component library under different CAD systems.
