摘 要:比较青光眼患者与正常人颈内动脉及眼动脉血流动力学差异.应用ultramark—4型超声诊断仪测定31例青光眼和27例正常人颈内动脉及眼动脉血流动力学参数,并对两组结果进行比较.结果:青光眼组颈内动脉Vmax,TAV,EDV,眼动脉Vmax,TAV,EDV,A/B较正常对照组明显降低.结果表明:眼动脉及颈内动脉血循环障碍是青光眼视神经损伤的原因之一.To compare the hemodynamic difference between the internal carotid artery (ICA) and ocular artery (OA) among glaucoma patients and normal subjects, ultramark-4 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to detect both ICA and OA hemodynamic parameters in 31 glaucoma and 27 normal cases, between which the results were contrasted. Result: Obviously a lower drop occurred with maximum systolic velocity (Vmat), time average velocity (TAV) and end-diastolic velocity (EDV) of ICA, and with Vmax, TAV, EDV and systolic A/B peaks of OA in the glaucoma group than in the control group. The results demonstrated that blood circulation blockages of ICA and OA can be one of the causes for optic nerve damage in glaucoma.
