bcl-2基因在乳腺癌中的表达及其与雌激素的关系

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学方法，研究105例乳腺癌手术标本中bcl-2基因的表达情况，探讨其临床病理学意义。同时进行雌二醇测定，研究其与bcl-2基因的关系。结果显示；乳腺癌中bcl-2基因的表达率为48．6％，bcl-2表达与乳腺癌临床病理分期及肿瘤大小呈负相关（P分别＜O．005、0．05），而与肿瘤细胞分化程度呈正相关（P＜O．05）。bcl-2阳性患者术后3年、5年生存率明显高于阴性组（P＜0.05）。此外，bcl-2基因表达与雌二醇密切正相关（P＜O.001）。我们认为，bcl-2基因在乳腺癌中的表达与激素调节有关，并参与乳腺癌生物学行为的调控。Using immunohistochemical method, we examined the expression of bcl-2 gene in breast cancerand revealed its clinicopathological significance. Meanwhile immunohistochemistry with antibody recognizing Oestrogen was performed. The results showed that bcl-2 products was detected in 48. 6% of the examined 105bteast carcinomas. A significant inverse correlation was seen between bcl-2 expression and P-TNM stage (P＜0.005 ), tumor size (P＜0. 05) and histological grade (P＜0. 005). We also found a significantly positive correlationof bcl-2 with oestrogen (P＜0. 001) and longer post-operative survival (P＜0.005 by Log-rank test). Our studyindicated that the expression of bcl-2 gene correlated with hormone regulation and contributed to the biologicalbehaviour of breast cancer.
