年龄因素对白内障术后激素性高眼压影响的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究白内障术后激素性高眼压在不同年龄段发生的情况,分析年龄因素对白内障术后激素性高眼压的影响。方法回顾性分析2008年1～12月在我科室行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入患者糖皮质激素使用后眼压情况。结果使用糖皮质激素眼液的患者老年组(60～80岁)1124例中,5例发生糖皮质激素性高眼压;中年组(40～59岁)89例中,6例发生糖皮质激素性高眼压;提示老年组与中年组发生白内障术后激素性高眼压发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后糖皮质激素性高眼压在不同年龄段发生的情况明显不同,中年组发生率要明显高于老年组。Objective To assess the incidence of corticosteroid-induced intraocular hypertension among patients of different ages who underwent cataract surgery,and to analyze the influence of patient age on the incidence of corticosteroid-induced intraocular hypertension after cataract operation. Methods A retrospective analysis about the incidence of corticosteroid-induced intraocular hypertension was conducted among our hospital＇s patients following cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation during the period from January to December of 2008. Results For the incidence of corticosteroid-induced intraocular hypertension after cataract operation,there were 5 cases and 6 cases among 1124 elderly patients （60 - 80 years old） and 89 middle-aged patients respectively. As compared with the elderly patients, middie-aged patients had a higher incidence of corticosteroid-induced intraocular hypertension after cataract operation, showing a significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patients of different ages had different incidence of corticosteroid-induced intraocular hypertension after cataract phacoemulsitication and intraocular lens implantation. Middle-aged post-operative patients had a higher incidence than elderly patients.
