摘　　要：通过分析企业培训中学习者的特点，提出基于手机的移动答疑系统，并对其物质技术及系统自身发展现状进行分析研究，概括企业培训中基于手机的移动答疑系统的基本模式。This paper analyzes the character of the learners in the training, and proposes the question answering system based on mobile phone. And through researching the current stage systems and its technology, it summarizes the basic mode of the system in the training.
