摘　　要：目的评价后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术的安全性及疗效。方法回顾性分析2000年12月至2008年12月于后腹腔镜下行肾癌根治术32例病例的临床资料。结果32例全部成功，均未中转开放手术。手术时间90～230min，平均130min。术中及术后均未输血，无严重并发症。结论后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术安全可靠，疗效良好。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy. Methods A total of 32 patients underwent retroperitoneoscopic radical nephreetomy from Dec 2000 to Dec 2008. Results All the operations were successful in 64 cases of patients. The operation time was 90 -230 minutes with a mean of 130 minutes. All patients did not need blood transfusion and no severe complication was observed. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopy radical nephrectomy is safe and effective.
