术中结肠灌洗在左半结肠癌并急性结肠梗阻中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨术中结肠灌洗在左半结肠癌并急性结肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2000年-2007年收治的左半结肠癌并急性结肠梗阻34例临床资料,全部病例均行术中结肠灌洗和Ⅰ期切除吻合术。结果术后并发切口感染3例,吻合口漏1例,经治疗痊愈,无死亡病例。结论经过充分的术中结肠灌洗,期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌并急性结肠梗阻是安全可行的。Objective To investigate the value of intraoperative colonic irrigation in one -stage resection and anastomosis for acute colon obstruction caused by left colon cancer. Methods From 2000 to 2007, the clinical data of 34 cases with acute colon obstruction caused by left eolon cancer were analyzed retrospectively. All of the cases were received intraoperative colonic irrigation and one - stage resection and anastomosis. Results Wound infection in 3 cases and anastomotic leakage in 1 cases were occurred as a surgical complication. There was no surgical death in the cases. Condusion If we used intraoperative colonic irrigation sufficiently, one - stage resection and anastomosis is safe and feasible for patients who suffered from acute colon obstruction eaused by left colon cancer.
