磁性附着体在义齿修复中的应用体会

摘　　要：[目的]观察磁性附着体用于全口覆盖义齿、可摘局部覆盖义齿及可摘局部义齿修复的效果。[方法]28例患者采用46个Magfit磁性附着体做根端覆盖义齿和冠外安置磁性附着体做可摘局部义齿修复，进行5年间定期复查。[结果]28例患者戴用义齿1年内均对固位、稳定性、咀嚼功能表示满意，检查基牙无病变。戴用1～5年后，陆续出现6例基牙疼痛，3例基牙牙龈炎，未发现继发龋、基牙松动、义齿折裂、根面板脱落等问题，所有义齿固位效果满意。[结论]磁性附着体能显著提高义齿的固位力及咀嚼效率（尤其对全口覆盖义齿），舒适美观，并发症少，具有较好的应用前景。[ Objective ] This study evaluates the clinical effect of magnetic attachment in overdenture and removable partial denture. [ Methods] Forty - six magnetic attachments were restored for 28 patients. Then they were followed up for 5 years. [ Result ] During the five years, it was found that six patients had trouble in the principal teeth and three patients had gingivitis. None of them had secondary caries or looseness. All the keepers were stable and none of the dentures was broken. Reliable retentive effect of the dentures was obtained. [ Conclusion ] Magnetic attachments can achieve satisfied prosthetic effect for long period of time.
