摘　　要：目的建立精神损伤影响评定问卷（PTIQ）的广东省地区常模。方法以地区、性别、年龄段按比例的分层整群抽样法，在广东省5个行政区抽取15岁以上正常人有效样本658例[城市374例，农村284例；男性319例，女性339例；年龄平均（38．16±17．18）岁]。采用PTIQ对被试进行测试。结果在总分、均分、警觉与焦虑、闯人性体验、分离性症状因子上，广东省常模样本城、乡之间差异存在显著性（分别为F=6．54，P=0．01；F=6．54，P=0．01；F=16．47，P=0．00；F=12．33，P=0．04：F=1．46，P=0．04）：在总分、均分、警觉与焦虑、睡眠障碍因子上，不同性别也有显著性差异（分别为F：3．86，P=0．05；F=3．86，P=0．05；F=5．99，P=0．02；F=11．72，P=0．00）；在总分、均分、警觉与焦虑、分离性症状、抑郁、睡眠障碍、生理功能紊乱、社会功能损害因子上，不同年龄段之间差异也呈显著性（F=4．59，P=0．00；F=4．59，P=0．00；F=3．29，P：0．00；F=2．63，P=0．02；F=2．95，P=0．01；F=5．48，P=0．00；F=4．52，P=0．00；F=5．83，P=0．00）。同时，在地区与性别、性别与年龄、地区与性别、年龄之间，发现在个别因子上存在交互作用显著（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论常模样本具有较好的代表性，建立了不同地区、性别、年龄段的PTIQ广东省地区常模，为T分划界分确定和广泛应用奠定了基础。Objective To establish the Guangdong territorial norms of psychological trauma impact questionnaire （PTIQ）. Methods Based on the principle of stratified proportional cluster sampling, 658 normal subjects older than aged 15 （374 urban and 284 country, 319 male and 339 female, average age： 38.16 ± 17.18） from 5 districts of Guangdong province were tested by PTIQ. Results There are significant differences in PTIQ total score,average score, arousal and anxiety （AA）, intrusive experiences （IE）, dissociation （DIS） factor score between urban and country, in PTIQ total score, average score, AA, sleeping disorder （S） between male and fe- male, and in PTIQ total score, average score, AA, DIS, depression （D） , S, physiological dysfunction （PD） and social dysfunction （SD） among different age ranges as well. In addition, significant interactions among region, gender and age range are found in few of PTIQ factors. Conclusion Norm sample of PTIQ has a satisfied representative. Guangdong territorial norms of PTIQ have been established well in order to provide the basis of identifying T cut-off score and further application of clinical evaluation.
