六味能消胶囊和黛力新联合辅助治疗非糜烂性返流病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察六味能消胶囊和黛力新联合辅助治疗质子泵抑制剂治疗无效的非糜烂性返流病(NERD)的疗效。方法将87例NERD患者随机分为两组,治疗组(44例)和对照组(43例)。对照组口服兰素拉唑。治疗组在对照组基础上加六味能消胶囊和黛力新。治疗前后进行烧心、反酸、胸痛和吞咽不适等返流症状评估,并接受精神心理状态评价。所有87例NERD患者经汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分均≥18分。治疗4周后进行疗效对比。结果治疗组总有效率88.6%明显优于对照组65.1%(P<0.05)。治疗组(HAMD-17)评分较对照组降低明显(P<0.01)。两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论质子泵抑制剂治疗无效的NERD患者存在抑郁倾向或抑郁状态。六味能消胶囊和黛力新联合辅助质子泵抑制剂治疗NERD优于单用质子泵抑制剂,并能改善患者抑郁情绪。是治疗NERD的理想方案。Objective To observe the effectiveness of auxiliary therapy with liuweinengxiaojiaonang and Deanxit in patients of non-erosive reflux disease（NERD）who did not respond to proton pump inhibitor.Methods 87 NERD patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group（44） and control group （43） .Patients in control group were given with lansoprazole. Patients in the treatment group were given the same drugs＇ plus liuweinengxiaojiaonang and deanxit. Before the treatment,clinical symptoms as heartbttm, chestpain,acid reflux were observed respectively,psychological assessments were performed in two groups using the hamilton depression scale（HAMD-17） .All of 87 NERD patients psychological assessments of HAMD-17 showed≥ 18 scores. The clinical outcomes of two groups were compared after 4 weeks.Results The effective rate in treatment group was 88.6%,while that was 65.1% in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The HAMD-17 assessments showed that treatment group had lower scores than the control with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in the side effects between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion NERD patients who did not respond to proton pump inhibitor were more likely co-morbid with psychological disorders and the depression score was higher. Auxiliary therapy with liuweinengxiaojiaonang and deanxit are more effective for treating NERD patients who did not respond to proton pump inhibitor.
