摘　　要：目的:通过Meta分析方法评价血清CA-125在卵巢癌诊断中的临床价值。方法:搜索多个数据库,按照文献纳入排除标准选定20篇关于血清CA-125诊断卵巢癌的文献,采用Meta分析方法进行统计。结果:血清CA-125诊断卵巢癌的敏感性在0.64以上,特异性接近1。此次试验所得受试者工作特征曲线显示血清CA-125测定诊断卵巢癌的效能较高。卵巢癌患者血清CA-125远远高于卵巢良性肿瘤患者,两者差异有统计学意义。结论:CA-125诊断试验的敏感性和特异性都很高,足以诊断卵巢癌。Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of cancer antigen 125 （CA 125 ） for ovarian cancer by Meta - analysis. Methods： 20 documents about diagnostic value of cancer antigen 125 （CA 125 ） for ovarian cancer were collected on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criterions and then were analysed by Meta - analysis. Results： The sensitivity of serum CA 125 was above 0. 64, the specificity was approaching 1 for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. The diagnostic efficiency of CA 125 for ovarian cancer was high. There was significant difference in the level of CA 125 between patients with ovarian cancer and patients with benign ovarian tumor. Conclusion： The sensitivity and specificity of serum CA 25 are very high for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
