摘  要:目的探讨毛囊bulge区神经嵴细胞的体外生物学特点。方法采用体视显微解剖分离毛囊bulge区组织块,贴壁培养获取神经嵴细胞,通过形态学,结合Sox10,p75,nestin免疫细胞化学,观察神经嵴细胞的生物学特点。结果分离培养的小鼠毛囊神经嵴细胞,其形态类似成纤维细胞,免疫细胞化学检测细胞表型nestin,p75,Sox10均呈阳性表达。结论本研究成功从小鼠触须毛囊分离培养出神经嵴细胞,为进一步利用神经嵴细胞开展组织再生研究奠定了基础。Objective To observe the characteristics of the neural crest cells from the bulge area of hair follicle in vitro. Methods The bulge explants were isolated from hair whisker follicle by stereopsis microdissection, and adherently culture gain neural crest cells. The charac- teristics of those cells were observed through the morphological and immunocytochemical method. Results The shapes of the neural crest cells from mouse hair follicle were similar to those of fibroblast. The immuno-cytochemical staining showed that nestin, p75, Soxl0 of these cells were positively expressed. Conclusion Neural crest cells were successfully isolated from mouse hair whisker follicle and cultivated. It served as a solid foundation for the further study of regeneration with neural crest cells.
