我国竞技体操后备人才培养的结构特征与发展对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料研究、问卷调查,访问调查与数理统计等方法,对我国竞技体操后备人才培养的深层次原因进行分析。结果表明,影响我国竞技体操后备人才培养的主要原因:受到管理体制和训练体制的束缚;人力、物力和财力的投入不足;各层次培养目标系统性不强;后备人才培养渠道不畅;各层次衔接不好;输送人才的质量不高;业余训练淘汰率高。因此,应进一步完善后备人才培养的运行机制,拓宽后备人才的培养渠道,充分调动社会和个人办体育的积极性,形成投资主体多元化的格局,把后备人才培养引入社会化、市场化。By using the method of document, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics,the paper analyses talented person training of our country artistic gymnastics. The result shows that having the main factor that reserve talent trains after affecting my province gymnastics： Suffer the tie of the management system and training system, each level of structure wains the target system is not strong, the manpower, material resources is not enough with the devotion of the financial power, the way of culturing for reserve is narrow. Every step joins not good. The quality transporting a talented person is not tall. It is amateur to train to eliminate the rate high. Therefore, opening up reserve talents popularization and improving quality of gymnastic reserve talents, transfer the society well to do the positive of the athletics with individual, the reserve talent trains to lead into after having the society and market tunas.
