摘　　要：目的:观察高频治疗仪EMF2008-I治疗老年性皮肤皱纹的效果和安全性。方法:应用高频治疗仪治疗30例老年患者的面部皮肤皱纹,以治疗5次为一个疗程。重点观察一个疗程后的效果,疗效判定以治疗前后的照片对比为准。将患者分为年轻组和年长组,判定不同年龄之间效果是否有差别。结果:30例患者均完成一个疗程的治疗,13例患者完成2个疗程。完成1个疗程后显效17例,有效13例,无不良反应。两组之间效果没有显著性差别。结论:应用EMF2008-I治疗老年性皮肤皱纹是一种安全有效的美容方式。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of treatment face wrinkles of the aged with EMF2008-Ⅰ high frequency equipment. Methods 30 aged patients received treatment with EMF2008-Ⅰ and were divided into two groups according to ages. Five times treatment was defined as one total course of treatment. The effect was determined by comparison of photos before and after treatment. The emphasis was paid on the effect after one course of treatment and on the difference of two groups. Results All 30 patients received one course of treatment and 13 patients received two courses of treatment. After one course, significant effect was observed on 17 patients and ordinary effect was observed on 13 patients. No side effect was found. There was no difference between groups. Conclusion Treatment face wrinkles of the aged with EMF2008-Ⅰ was effective and safe.
