摘　　要：简述了三种较为常见的五效真空制盐工艺流程,通过其物料、热量平衡计算,比较了几种流程的汽耗情况,并根据生产经验,提出几点非工艺流程影响的节能降耗的意见供读者参考。This paper briefly discusses three conventional process flows for vacuum salt making with quintuple effects.Through calculating material balance and heat balance, comparison of steam consumption is made among these process flows, and according to the production experience, it puts forward some suggestions for energy saving without the influence of process flow, which can be of reference for the readers.
