双功彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨双功彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：对４６例（５２个）乳腺肿块进行了彩色多普勒检测，其中良性肿块２９例，恶性肿块１７例，均经手术及病理证实。结果：全部恶性肿块及５例良性肿块检测出动脉血流，且恶性肿块的动脉ＲＩ值＞０６７。结合肿块的血流检测情况与声像图特征，对乳腺肿块的正确诊断率为９４２％。结论：对于难以定性的乳腺肿块，双功彩色多普勒超声可作为首选方法。Objective:To explore the value of duplex color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods:Fourty-six cases of breast masses were examined by means of color Doppler,including 29 breast benign lesions and 17 cases of breast carcinoma.All cases were diagnosed by operation and pathological examination. Results:There were artery blood flow in all breast malignant masses and 5 cases of breast benign lesions,and the artery RI value of breast carcinoma was more than 0 67.According to the blood flow of masses and ultrasonography,the diagnostic accuracy rate of breast masses was 94 2%.Conclusions:Duplex colour Doppler could be regarded as the first efficacious dignostic method of breast tumor.
