摘　　要：结合本单位工序责任成本管理的实践,提出树立"大成本"管理的系统理念以及开展定额管理编制工作对企业降低成本的重要意义,探讨建立矿山最佳工序成本的主要途径。Based on practice of sequence responsibiity cost management, the article illustrates the systematic concept of establishing ＂big cost＂ management and important meaning of conducting ration management compilation to reduce costs of an enterprise, and discusses the major ways of establishing optimun sequence cost of a mine.
