摘  要:目的研究缩泉片中益智仁和乌药挥发油的提取及其β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺。方法采用单因素试验,考察加水倍数、蒸馏时间对挥发油提取量的影响;以挥发油包合率、包合物的收率和含油率为综合评价指标,采用正交试验设计优选β-环糊精包合工艺条件。结果最佳提取条件为药材浸泡12h(过夜)后加12倍量水、蒸馏5h;最佳包合条件为挥发油与β-环糊精按1∶8投料、包合时间1h、包合温度40℃。结论用β-环糊精对制剂中的挥发油进行包合,提高了挥发油的利用率和制剂的稳定性,且便于制剂制备和保存。Objective To study the optimum extraction process of volatile oil of Yizhiren and combined spicebush and its inclusive compound by β-cyclodextrin(β- CD) in Suoquan Tablets. Methods The effects of water content and distilled time on extraction of volatile oil were investigated by univariate analysis and the technological process of inclusive compound by β- CD was evaluated by orthogonal design. Results The optimum extraction conditions were to add twelve times amount of water into the mixture of crude drugs after soaking of 12h and to distill 8 h. The optimum condition of preparation of inclusive compound was as follows: the proportion of volatile oil to β-CD was 1:8, the inclusion time was 1 h at 40 ℃. Conclusion The above technological process is the most rational with a highest inclusion rate. The inclusive compound by β- CD can enhance the stability of the tablets.
