摘　　要：目的观察Vitapex糊剂用于根尖诱导成形术的临床疗效。方法应用Vitapex糊剂对62例患牙进行根尖诱导,详细记录治疗过程,观察治疗效果,分析不同牙根发育状况、根尖周骨质破坏状况及不同年龄组对疗效的影响。结果根尖诱导成形术的总有效率为95.2%,牙根不同的发育状况、根尖周骨质破坏的不同程度及不同年龄组的临床疗效之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂在各种患牙的根尖诱导成形术中均疗效显著。Objective To observe the efficacy of Vitapex paste for apexification. Methods Vitapex paste was used in the apexification of 62 teeth. All the patients＇ treatment processes were written down in details to evaluate the efffcacy of Vitapex paste and the effect of various grades of root development, periodontal bone loss and different age groups. Results The overall success rate was 95.2%. There was no statistical difference among various grades of root development, periodontal bone loss, and different age groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Vitapex paste for apexification of various teeth is significant.
