摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(TBCC)中Survivin表达的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学一步法、RT-PCR法检测40例BTCC和12例正常膀胱粘膜中Survivin和Survivin mRNA的表达,Western blot方法检测40例BTCC与32例非BTCC患者尿液细胞中Survivin的表达。结果免疫组织化学方法显示,Survivin在BTCC中阳性表达率为95.0%,在正常膀胱粘膜中无表达(P<0.01)。RT-PCR显示,Survivin mRNA在BTCC中阳性表达率为100.0%,在正常粘膜中无表达(P<0.01)。Western blot显示,Survivin在BTCC患者尿液细胞中阳性表达率为95.0%,在非BTCC患者中无表达(P<0.01)。3组中Survivin的表达与BTCC的分级、分期密切相关(P<0.01)。结论Survivin在BTCC中高表达,因而可作为BTCC的一个良好的诊断和预后指标。Objective To explore the significance of Survivin expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC）. Meth. （IHC） one-step method and RT-PCR method were used to determine the expression of Survivin and Survivin mRNA in BTCC （ n = 40） and normal bladder mucosa （ n = 12） ; Survivin was investigated using the Western blot analysis in urine specimens or exfohated urine cells （EUC） in BTCC （ n = 40） and non-BTCC （ n = 32）. Results IHC indicated that expression level of Survivin in BTCC was 95.0% （ P 〈 0.01）, RT-PCR indicated that expression level of Survivin in BTCC was 100.0% （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and Western blot indicated that expression level of Survivin in BTCC was 95.0% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Survivin was not expressed in normal bladder mucosa. Expression level of Survivin was strongly correlated with pathological grade and clin- ical stage （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Survivin highly expresses in BTCC, suggesting that Survivin should be a good diagnostic and prognastic index of BTCC.
