摘　　要：以中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所开展的生物实验为研究背景,建立了黄瓜发生单一病害的数学模型,并利用M atlab对模型进行参数估计和数值模拟,从数学角度探讨黄瓜发生单一病害后病情指数的变化规律。This paper presents a mathematical model for a single disease caused by cucumber aggressive pathogens, based on the experimental results received from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The model is analyzed by applying the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations. Matlab codes are also used to find the best parameters of the model.
