摘　　要：陈友松教授在20世纪30年代撰写中国第一部教育财政专著,在中国首次运用现代教育财政的系统理论和方法分析中国教育财政状况,最早在中国翻译西方教育财政学专著。他是中国现代教育财政学的开拓者。Professor Chen Yousong was the author of China＇ s first education finance academic book, the first Chinese expert to use modern educational financial system theory and methods to analyse the situation of Chinese education, and the earliest to translate western education finance academic books in the 1930s. He was a pioneer in modem financial education in China.
