准分子激光角膜磨镶术并发症的探讨

摘　　要：【目的】对准分子激光角膜磨镶术主要并发症进行探讨。【方法】对1066例（2128眼）患者准分子激光手术出现的并发症进行分析，屈光度一1．50D--11．00D，散光度-4．00D以内。【结果】术中并发症有游离角膜瓣、角膜瓣偏中心、角膜瓣下异物残留、卡皮脱落、结膜下出血；术后并发症有疼痛、角膜瓣皱褶、视网膜脱离、黄斑水肿、屈光欠矫、屈光回退、眩光、视疲劳、干眼症。【结论】准分子激光角膜磨镶术术中术后均存在一定的并发症，重视并发症的预防和处理，加强手术医师技能培训，可提高手术成功率。[Objective]To explore the major complications of excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis （LASIK） for myopia. [Methods] The complications of excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis for 1066 cases （2128 eyes） with myopia（diopter-1.50D- 11.00D, astigmatismS-4.00D） were analyzed. [Results]Intraoperative complications were free corneal flap, corneal flap away to the center, the foreign body residual under corneal flap, epithelial shedding and subconjunctival bleeding. Postoperative complications were pain, corneal flap folds, retinal detachment, macular edema, refraction return or insufficient correct, glare, asthenopia and xerophthalmia. [Conclusion] There are certain complications during and after excimer laser keratomileusis. The awareness of prevention and treatment of complications should be enhanced, and the training of surgeon skills should be strengthened, and the success rate of surgery should be improved for better services for patients with myopia.
