摘 要:为探讨p53基因突变表达产物与卵巢恶性肿瘤临床生物学行为以及p53第七外显子突变情况之间的关系。采用聚合酶链反应单链构象多态性分析(PCR-SSCP)对50例卵巢恶性肿瘤中的23例病人新鲜组织标本进行p53基因突变蛋白表达检测。结果显示:卵巢恶性肿瘤免疫组化p53阳性表达率24%。23例新鲜组织标本中4例PCR-SSCP检测第七外显子异常。提示p53阳性表达可能与遗传因素有关(P=0.038);卵巢恶性肿瘤第七外显子突变可出现p53蛋白高表达;In order to search for the relationships among the expressive product of p53 gene mutation, the clinical and biological behaviour of maligrant ovarian cancer(moc), and the mutation in exon 7 of p53 gene, the polymorphous analysis on the monochain conformation by PCR (pcr sscp) was done on 23 fresh specimen of the 50 MOC patients for detection of the mutation protein of p53 gene. The result showed that the positive expressive rate of p53 was 24% by immunohistochemical method in MOC. Exon 7 in 4 of the 23 fresh specimen appeared abnormal by PCR SSCP. It indicated that the positive expression of p53 may be related to the genetic factors ( P =0.038). The mutation in exon 7 may give rise to the high expression of p53 protein in MOC, and it may appear in different clinical stages and histological types.
