榆林市工业GDP与环境污染相关性的实证分析

摘　　要：基于榆林市1997—2007年环境污染指标和工业GDP增长状况的统计数据,利用统计方法建立了二者之间的相关性计量模型,结果表明榆林市工业GDP与环境污染之间不完全符合一般的"倒U"型环境库兹涅茨曲线,而是呈现出"倒U型"左半部分或"U型"右半部分的曲线特征,且尚未到达明显峰值的转折点,结合榆林市实际分析了其环境库兹涅兹曲线特殊性的原因,提出了榆林经济与环境可持续发展的对策和建议。Based on the statistical data of environmental pollution index and industrial GDP growth from 1997 to 2007 in Yulin city, the correlation between them are analyzed and the econometic model is established by means of the statistical methods. The analytic results indicated that there is no obvious characteristics of environmental Kuznets curve （EKC） between them, that is, the curve dont absolutely accord with the general environmental Kuznets curve of ＂inverted U＂, but it shows the charaeterstics of left half part of ＂inverted U＂ or ＂weak inverted U ＋ U＂, and it dont reach the turning point of peak value yet. According to the fact of Yulin, the reason of the curve particularity is analyzed, and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
