后手翻教学方法之我见

摘　　要：在后手翻教学训练中采用一种新的训练方法,对使用新的教学训练方法与传统的借助保护帮助训练作了两组实验对比,得出实验数据,结果表明,新的教学方法比传统的教学方法更安全、效率更高、质量更好。The researcher adopts a new teaching method in the course of backward handspring training in order to compare with the traditional training method. The results of the experiment show that the new teaching method is safer and better in efficiency and quality than the traditional method.
