泪道激光成型联合硅胶管植入术治疗泪道阻塞

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道激光成型联合硅胶管植入术治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法对泪道阻塞患者90例（94眼）行泪道激光成型联合硅胶管植入术,保留硅胶管3～6个月,术后随访,观察泪道引流泪液功能的恢复情况。结果拔管后随访半年以上,治愈84眼（89.36%）,好转8眼（8.51%）,总有效率97.87%。结论泪道激光成型联合硅胶管植入术治疗泪道阻塞是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Nd： YAG laser in combination with an annular silicone intubation for obstruction of the lacrimal passage. Methods 90 patients （94 eyes） were treated. The silicone tube was kept in place for 3-6 months. After surgeries, recovery of lacrimal passage function was followed up for a mean of 6 months. Results The lacrimal passage of 84 eyes was cured （89.36 % ） and of 8 eyes turned better （8.51% ）. The effective rate was 97.87 %. Conclusion Nd： YAG laser in combination with an annular silicone tube is useful in treatment of obstruction of the lacrimal passage.
