摘　　要：【目的】通过对武警战士与学员的口腔卫生观念和行为的对比调查研究,了解我军官兵口腔卫生观念和行为情况,为有针对性的开展口腔健康教育提供基础资料。【方法】共调查武警战士1260人,学员1430人,采取分层抽样方法,分别对口腔卫生观念与行为情况进行问卷调查、填写记录。【结果】在刷牙原因、刷牙次数、使用牙膏种类、口腔疾病就诊次数等方面,学员优于战士(P<0.05)。【结论】根据研究资料显示,文化层次水平越高,口腔健康状况越好,知识水平、口腔卫生观念与行为存在相关性,进行口腔教育、定期口腔检查对我军官兵非常必要。[ Objective] To study the oral health concept and behavior between the students in and the soldier Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Force for providing a fundamental data on oral health education. [ Methods] Under stratified sampling, the investigation of the oral health concept and behavior among the soldiers of 1 260 and the students of 1 430 were carried out using dosed type questionnaire method. [ Results] The student group is better than the soldier group on the factor of the reason of brushing teeth , the number of brushing teeth, of type of toothpaste and the occasion to consult the dentist （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusions] The higher the knowledge level, the better level of the oral health behavior was. The knowledge level is correlated with the oral health concept and behavior.h is necessary to carry out oral care education, periodic oral health examination of dental diseases.
