摘 要:【目的】观察低氧和训练对红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性的影响。【方法】雄性Wistar大鼠分为常氧对照组、常氧运动组、低氧对照组、低氧运动组。分别对常氧运动、低氧运动组进行游泳训练,对低氧对照、低氧运动组进行低氧刺激。用导管法测血压和心率,用比色法测红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性。【结果】(1)与常氧对照组比较,常氧运动组和低氧运动组的体重降低(P<0.01);与低氧对照组比较,常氧运动组和低氧运动组体重也降低(P<0.01)。(2)4组大鼠收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压及心率的差别均不显著。(3)与常氧对照组比较,低氧对照组和低氧运动组的Na+-K+-ATP酶活性降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。(4)与常氧对照组比较,低氧对照组的Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性降低(P<0.01);与常氧运动组比较,低氧运动组的Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性降低(P<0.01)。【结论】低氧刺激会降低大鼠红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性;常氧运动则提高Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性。结果提示,间歇性低氧运动对大鼠红细胞膜的Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性具有一定的保护作用。To observe the influence of the interval hypoxic training on activities of Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase and Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATP ase of erythrocyte membrane in rats. [Methods] Male Wistar rats were divided into normoxia control group, normoxia training group, hypoxia control group and hypoxia training group. Rats of normoxia training group and hypoxia training group received swimming training. Rats of hypoxia control group and the hypoxia training group received hypoxia incitement. The activities of Na^+-K^+ -ATPase and Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of rats were measured by colorimetry.Blood pressure and heart m were recorded by Catheterization. [Results] (1) Compared with normoxia control group, the body weight of normoxia training group and hypoxia training group depressed ( P 〈 0.01) . Compared with hypoxia control group, body weight of normoxia training group and hypoxia training group depressed (P 〈 0.01) . (2) Difference of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate was not statistical significance. (3) Compared with normoxia control group, activities of Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase of hypoxia control group and hypoxia training group were lower ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05) . (4) Compared with normoxia control group, the activities of Ca^2 + -Mg^2+ -ATPase of hypoxia control group were lower (P 〈 0.01), compared with normoxia training group, the activities of Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATPase of hypoxia training group were also lower (P 〈 0.01 ) . [ Conclusions] Hypoxia depresses the activities of Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of rat. Normoxia exercise increses activities of Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of rat.The result indicates that intermitteat hypoxic training has some compensation on the impairment of activities of Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase and Ca^2 +-Mg^2 +-ATPase of erythrocyte membrane in rats.
