摘　　要：用反相高效液相色谱法测定催乳口服液中阿魏酸的含量。以ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱为固定相，甲醇－水－冰醋酸（２５∶７５∶１．８）为流动相分离效果最佳。平均回收率为９９．８％，ＲＳＤ为１．６３％。本法提取简单，分析快速，精确。The content of ferulic acid in Cuiru Oral Liquid, a Chinese traditional patent medicine was determined by reversed phase HPLC. Optimum separation was achieved by employing ODS_C 18 column as the stationary phase and methanol_water_glacial acetic acid (25∶75∶1.8) as the mobile phase. The average recovery rate was 99.80%, and the variation confficient was 1.63%. The analytical method is simple, rapid, and accurate with good reproducibility.
