预植入人工晶状体治疗过熟期白内障伴晶状体半脱位

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口白内障手术中预植入人工晶状体治疗过熟期白内障伴晶状体半脱位的手术方法.方法对67例(67眼)白内障晶状体半脱位行角膜缘隧道小切口白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术,术后观察和总结患者的视力变化情况、人工晶状体的位置及手术并发症.结果全部患者术后视力均有提高,术后1d视力为0.1～0.3者11眼,0.3～0.8者56眼;术后1周时扩瞳后检查,仅有5眼脱位范围大于120度但小于180度,出现轻度的人工晶体偏位.结论采取先植入人工晶体的小切口白内障手术方法,在晶状体半脱位过熟期白内障的手术治疗中取得较好效果.Objective To study surgical technique of manual small incision cataract surgery in lens subluxation with cataract. Methods Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were operated on 67 eyes of 67 cases cataracts lens subluxation through small incisions. The visual acuity, the positions of IOL were observed and summarized. Results Postoperative vision was improved in all patients. Vision 1 day after the operation was 0.1 - 0.3 in 11 eyes and in 56 eyes. IOL positions were found to be diverged after dilation of the pupil in 5 eyes. Conclusions A good result can be obtained in manual small incision cataract surgery by Pre-implant IOL in the subluxated lens with cataract.
