摘　　要：高校毕业生就业难已成为一个现实问题,这给与之密切相关的高校就业指导工作带来一系列新挑战。从高校毕业生就业指导工作满意度的角度,分析已有研究的现状,进而提出当前高校毕业生就业指导工作满意度亟待解决的问题,有利于促进高校就业指导工作的顺利开展,最终提高高校毕业生就业的质量和效率。That university graduates have difficulties in getting employed has become a problem, and thus has caused a series of new challenges to employment guidance work on university graduates, which is closely related to the problem. With the view of satisfaction degree to employment guidance work on university graduates, we should analyze the current situation and put forward the problems that urgently need to be solved in the aspect, which will be helpful to promote the employment guidance work on university graduates
