摘　　要：图像增强能有效增强图像整体或者局部特征,直方图规定化和均衡化能有效用于图像增强。原始采集到的机织物疵点图像经过直方图均衡化或规定化处理后能较好地识别其中的疵点部分。利用matlab的图像工具箱函数,讨论直方图处理技术对织物疵点图像进行增强处理,同时,选取不同的规定化函数对直方图处理织物疵点图像结果作相关比较。Image enhancement can enhance the overall image or local characteristics effectively. Histogram Equalization plays an important role in image enhancement. Original obtained fabric defect image which was equalized or standardized by Histogram can recognize the defects part better. Mainly use the image toolbox of matlab to discuss the treatment of the technology of Histogram to enhance the image of fabric defect. At the same time, different standardized recognitions were picked up to compare the result of fabric defect image of Histogram treatment.
