颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后的相关因素。方法回顾性分析本院2007年1月至12月收治的119例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床资料,并进行Logistic多元回归分析。结果动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的年龄、Fisher分级和Hunt-Hess分级与预后具有显著相关性(P<0.01),其OR值分别是0.921、0.153和0.228,其95%可信区间分别是(0.864～0.981)、(0.063～0.374)和(0.116～0.449)。结论动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的年龄、Fisher分级和Hunt-Hess分级是影响患者预后的危险因素,且随着年龄的增长,Fisher分级和Hunt-Hess分级的增加,患者的预后明显愈差。Objective To investigate the factors related to the prognosis in the patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage （aSAH）. Methods The clinical data of 119 patients with aSAH, who were treated in our department from January to December, 2007, were analyzed retrospectively. Logistic multivariable analysis of the factors related to the prognosis was performed in the patients with aSAH. Results The factors significantly related to the prognosis in the patients with aSAH included the patients＇ age （OR=0.921, 95% CI varied from 0.864 to 0.981） and Fisher grade （OR=0.153, 95% CI varied from 0.063 to 0.374）, and Hunt-Hess grade （OR=0.228, 95% CI varied from 0.116 to 0.449） （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The prognosis in patients with aSAH are significantly and negatively related＇ to the patients＇ age, Fisher grade and Hunt-Hess grade.
