摘　　要：近年来,来华留学生人数不断增多,留学生层次日益复杂,极大地推动了我国国际教育事业的发展,同时也对高校留学生教育管理工作提出了更高、更新的要求。如何在实践中摸索行之有效的管理方法,建立有地方特色的医学留学生管理体系已成为温州医学院迈向国际化办学的又一全新课题。In recent years, the international education in China is greatly elevated with the increasing number of foreign students and the more complex of the student＇s grades, which requires new and higher objective for the management work for foreign students. How to explore the effective management measures in practice and set up the management system for medical foreign students has become a complete new project for Wenzhou Medical College on the way towards the international university.
