摘 要:从"成人"的价值诉求与君子人格的建构两方面探讨了古代士大夫成长过程中的礼学修养与君子人格形成的问题,分析了儒家思想中"成人"的基本含义及"成人观",讨论了君子人格的内在要素及君子必须具备的基本品质。认为礼学精神作为传统文化的重要组成部分,对塑造古代士大夫的心智结构产生了极大的影响。儒家文化实现其价值诉求的方式主要是通过对士大夫礼学精神的培养来实现的,即"外王"的社会价值在本源上植根于"内圣"的人格修炼,在这个意义上,礼学教育是培养古代文化精英和政治精英的主要途径。This paper,from the perspectives of the elitist′s pursuit of value and the construction of gentleman′s personality,studies the development of ritual culture and the formation of gentleman′s personality in ancient Scholar-Bureaucrats,analyzes the basic meanings of elitist and the view of elitist cultivation in Confucianism,and discusses the internal elements in gentleman′s personality as well as the essential qualities required for a gentleman. As an important part of the traditional culture,the ritual theory has exerted great influence on forming the mentality of the ancient Scholar Bureaucrats. Confucianism has realized its pursuit of value mainly through the cultivation of the ritual spirit in Scholar Bureaucrats,namely,the social value of 'external kings' is rooted in the cultivation of 'internal saints'. From this perspective,the spirit of ritual theory is the main approach to the cultivation of ancient elites in culture and politics.
