摘 要:目的:研究利用计算机辅助设计及激光立体成形技术制作纯钛全冠的可行性,为这种新的钛金属数控加工技术应用于口腔修复体制作奠定基础。方法:利用UG-NX2软件设计一个数据基牙,在SURFACER逆向工程处理软件中,根据设计的基牙,通过数据牙冠定位及边缘数据插值完成单冠设计。数据生成可用于数控设备分层加工的STL文件,根据实测激光单道熔覆的实际高度、宽度,设定加工参数,通过激光快速成型机制作出纯钛全冠。结果:完成了单冠的数据设计;激光单道熔覆高度0.28mm,宽度1.3mm;根据设计数据,通过激光熔覆堆积制作完成的纯钛冠具有较好的形态。结论:激光立体成形技术作为一种新的计算机辅助制作技术可以初步实现对纯钛全冠的加工制作;对于高精度的纯钛修复体加工制作还需要进一步研究。Objective: To make titanium crown restoration with laser solid forming technology, and to establish a foundation for using this new titanium process technology in prosthodonties. Methods: The abutment tooth was designed by NG-NX2 software. According to the abutment tooth, crown was designed by data allocation and marginal data integration. All data were made into STL files which can be used in numerical control equipment. Fabrication parameters were got by measuring height and width of single metal strip formed by laser. The titanium restoration was made by laser rapid formation machine using designed data. Results : The digital model of crown was designed. The height of single metal strip formed by laser was 0. 28 mm, and the width was 1.3 mm. The fine shape of designed restoration was got by laser solid forming technology. Conclusion: The laser solid forming technology can realize fabrication of titanium crown. How to achieve titanium restorations with high accuracy still needs further study.
